Target is hiring for a Service and Engagement Team Leader in our West Palm Beach store. The role leads a team of Guest Advocates and Front of Store staff to deliver an exceptional guest experience and meet store objectives.

You will manage daily tasks, coaching, training, and performance feedback while ensuring responsive guest service and smooth operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in guest service is preferred.
• Ability to lead a team and manage daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consistent guest experience to meet commitments.
• Lead and develop a team of Guest Advocates and Front of Store staff.
• Coordinate daily/weekly workload to achieve sales goals and service standards.
• Ensure adherence to safety and store policies.
