Job summary

Target is seeking a Service and Engagement Team Leader to deliver an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience in a fast-paced store environment. You will lead a team of Guest Advocates, Service Advocates and Front of Store Attendants, ensuring training and accountability for high guest service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
