Job summary

Jack in the Box seeks a Team Leader to supervise crews, train staff, and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality food and guest service. The role focuses on coaching, problem-solving, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards across all restaurant areas.

The Team Leader will model a positive, proactive attitude, manage busy periods, and ensure accurate orders and smooth operations while upholding JIB policies and labor laws.

Qualifications

• 6 months JIB experience with 100% certification in all workstations or 1 year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail setting.
• Must be at least 18 years old; complete Team Leader training classes; ServSafe certification may be required in some states.
• Ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English; basic math skills and cash handling ability.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences and food quality.
• Lead the team to ensure compliance with JIB procedures, systems and standards.
• Oversee dine-in and drive-thru guest service; maintain restaurant cleanliness and organization.
