Job summary

As a first-line supervisor, you will model hospitality, lead teams during busy times, handle guest requests, and ensure compliance with food safety and labor policies while supporting restaurant operations.

Qualifications

• 6 months JIB experience with 100% certification in all stations or 1 year of supervisory restaurant/retail experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old and complete Team Leader training.
• ServSafe certification may be required in some states.

Responsibilities

• Ensure order accuracy and fast, friendly service during shifts.
