Job summary

Jack in the Box is seeking a Team Leader to supervise daily restaurant operations, train team members, and ensure high quality food and guest service. The role emphasizes leadership, scheduling, and maintaining safety and cleanliness standards during busy periods.

The Team Leader will model hospitality, support a friendly guest experience, and ensure adherence to JIB policies and procedures while managing on-shift staff and workflow.

Qualifications

• Must have 6 consecutive months JIB experience or 1 year supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail environment.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Experience with guest service and team training is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach team members to deliver guest experiences.
• Lead, supervise and organize restaurant operations during shifts.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and presentation standards are met.
• Oversee timely order taking, cashiering, and guest interactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of front, back, and dining areas.
