Job summary

Jack in the Box is seeking a Team Leader to supervise and train crew, ensuring guests receive exceptional service and high-quality food. You will lead by example, coaching staff in the JIB Hospitality Model, and maintaining clean, organized dining areas during busy times.

This role requires hands-on supervision of dine-in and drive-thru operations, accuracy in orders, adherence to food safety, and flexible problem solving.

Qualifications

• Experience – 6 consecutive months JIB experience and 100% certified in all workstations for internal promotes, or 1 year supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail customer service environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train team members to meet guest expectations and uphold hospitality standards.
• Ensure food quality, safety and presentation align with JIB procedures during peak periods.
• Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house tasks, including order accuracy and guest satisfaction.
• Assist with scheduling, breaks, and timekeeping while modeling a calm, productive work environment.
