Job summary

The role emphasizes coaching, adherence to JIB standards, and maintaining an organized, clean environment while supporting order accuracy and fast service for guests.

Qualifications

• Experience – 6 consecutive months JIB experience and 100% certified in all workstations for internal promotes, or 1 year supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail customer service environment.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach team members using Guest Expectations materials.
• Lead front-of-house and back-of-house tasks to ensure smooth service.
• Oversee order taking, cashiering and guest interactions during peak times.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and compliance with policies and standards.
• Ensure food quality, safety and proper presentation are maintained.
