Job summary

Jack in the Box is seeking a Team Leader to supervise and train staff, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and top quality food. You will lead by example, coach teammates, and uphold safety, cleanliness, and efficiency across front, dining, and back-of-house areas.

In this fast-paced role you’ll assist during peak times at the register, maintain standards, and foster a positive, guest-focused environment aligned with JIB hospitality principles.

Qualifications

• Experience – 6 consecutive months JIB experience and 100% certified in all workstations.
• Must be at least 18 years old; English proficiency; ServSafe certification may be required in some states.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse groups.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 15–25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take orders in dine-in/drive-thru; enter orders in POS, collect money, and give change.
• Maintain cleanliness and stocking of work areas, including dining room and restrooms.
• Train and coach team members on guest service, policies, and standards.
• Lead and coordinate on-floor operations to ensure fast, accurate service and adherence to JIB guidelines.
• Ensure food safety and quality according to company procedures.
