Job summary

Jack in the Box is seeking a Team Leader to supervise and train team members in delivering exceptional guest experiences and high-quality food. You will coach staff, manage on-floor operations, and ensure adherence to brand standards and safety policies.

In this role, you’ll model professional conduct, handle guest interactions, and support kitchen and front-of-house functions during busy periods, maintaining a positive, efficient work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience – 6 consecutive months in JIB or 1 year supervisory experience in food/service.
• Must train and coach team members; adhere to guest expectations and brand standards.
• Ability to manage busy times, cash handling, and ensure safety/quality procedures.

Responsibilities

• Train and lead team members to deliver excellent guest experiences.
• Coach staff on guest expectations, branding, and service standards.
• Ensure cleanliness, proper food presentation, and accurate order fulfillment.
• Assist with guest service during peak periods and manage floor coverage.
