Job summary

Jack in the Box is seeking a Team Leader to supervise and train team members, ensuring guests receive an exceptional experience, great tasting food, and adherence to all JIB procedures and standards.

The role emphasizes leading by example, coaching for excellent customer service, and maintaining cleanliness and safety across front, dining, and back-of-house areas. Strong communication and organizational skills are required.

Qualifications

• 6 months JIB experience and 100% certification in all workstations for internal promotes, or 1 year supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail customer service environment.
• Must complete Team Leader training classes and have English proficiency; bilingual ability a plus.
• Demonstrates integrity, ability to work with diverse groups, and strong organization and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train team members to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Oversee order taking and cashiering during busy times.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness inside and outside.
• Ensure food safety and quality; follow handwashing and glove procedures.
• Model and coach staff on the JIB Hospitality Model and brand standards.
