Job summary

Jack in the Box is seeking a Team Leader to train and supervise crew, ensuring a consistently exceptional guest experience, great-tasting food, and strict adherence to JIB procedures and standards.

You will lead and coach during busy times, maintain brand standards, supervise front and back of house tasks, handle orders and cash, and ensure a clean, welcoming environment for every guest.

Qualifications

• 6 months JIB experience or 1 year supervisory experience.
• ServSafe certification may be required in some states.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
• Strong interpersonal and coaching abilities.
• Basic math and cash handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take orders, ensuring accuracy and speed.
• Train and coach team members using established materials.
• Monitor cleanliness, safety, and food quality across all areas.
• Lead the team during peak periods and coordinate coverage.
• Maintain POS operations and cash handling with accountability.
