Job summary

Jack in the Box is seeking a Team Leader to supervise and train team members, ensuring high guest satisfaction, great tasting food, and strict adherence to JIB procedures and standards.

You will direct front-of-house operations, coach staff on guest service, order accuracy, and food safety while maintaining a clean, fast, friendly environment. This is a hands-on leadership role with daily accountability.

Qualifications

• Experience – 6 consecutive months JIB experience and 100% certified in all workstations for internal promotes, or 1 year supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail customer service environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old; must complete Team Leader training classes; in certain states ServSafe certification may be required; good English communication; strong interpersonal, numerical, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take and clarify orders; enter orders in POS and handle payments; ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and coach team on guest service, cleanliness, and adherence to JIB policies; monitor labor and ensure staffing readiness.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness across interior, exterior, and back-of-house areas; ensure food safety and quality standards are met.
