Job summary

Jack in the Box is seeking a first-line operational supervisor to train and lead team members, ensuring an exceptional guest experience and high-quality food. You will focus on executing 20/20 guest expectations and maintaining compliance with all procedures, systems and standards.

Ideal candidates have 1 year supervisory experience or 6 months with 100% workstation certification, and strong English communication and math skills. This is a on-site role at our California location.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+; Team Leader training; ServSafe certification in applicable states.
• Experience: 6 consecutive months JIB experience with 100% workstation certification for internal promotions, or 1 year supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; English proficiency; ability to perform basic math; work well with diverse teams; integrity and ethics.
