Job summary

Jack in the Box is seeking a first-line operational supervisor responsible for training and leading team members to consistently deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will ensure great tasting/quality food, execute on 20/20 guest expectations, and ensure compliance with all JIB procedures, systems and standards.

The role requires 6 months of JIB experience with full certification in all workstations or 1 year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail setting, plus English

Qualifications

• Experience: 6 months JIB experience with full certification in all workstations or 1 year supervisory experience in food service or retail.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English; may require another language based on location.
• Must be 18+; complete Team Leader training classes; basic computer skills.
