Job summary

Jack in the Box is seeking a first-line operational supervisor to train and lead team members in delivering an exceptional guest experience, including ensuring quality food and 20/20 guest expectations. You will enforce all JIB procedures, systems, and standards.

The role focuses on coaching staff to be well-trained, neat, friendly, and well-staffed, with emphasis on consistent, fast service and high food quality. On-site leadership is required.

Qualifications

• 6 consecutive months JIB experience and 100% certified in all workstations for internal promotes, or 1-year supervisory experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old; complete Team Leader training; ServSafe certification may be required in some states.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English; strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train team members on workstation operations and restaurant duties.
• Ensure compliance with Jack in the Box procedures, systems, standards and food safety policies.
• Model a fast, friendly, and professional guest experience during all shifts.
• Lead by example in on-boarding, coaching, feedback and recognition of staff.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and organization across front and back of house.
