Job summary

Jack in the Box is seeking a Team Leader to supervise and train crew members for consistent guest satisfaction. You will lead by example, coach staff through Guest Expectations, ensure food safety and quality, and manage front-of-house and back-of-house operations during busy periods.

Ideal candidates have prior restaurant supervisory experience, strong communication, and the ability to motivate a diverse team while maintaining compliance with policies and standards at all times.

Qualifications

• Experience: 6 consecutive months JIB experience and 100% certified in all workstations for internal promotes, or 1 year supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail customer service environment.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach team members using the Guest Expectations training materials.
• Lead and supervise shift to deliver consistent, fast service and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure food safety and quality policies are followed and food looks, tastes and presents well.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of interior, exterior and back-of-house areas.
• Assist with order taking and cashiering during busy times.
