Job summary

Jack in the Box in San Jose, CA is seeking a hands-on Team Leader to supervise front-of-house and drive guest service excellence during peak hours.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Guest Service (Dine In / Drive-Thru): acknowledge and welcome guests, take and clarify orders.
• Interior: maintain dining area cleanliness and stocking as needed.
• Back of Restaurant: supervise grill/assembly/prep duties and ensure quality.
• Supervision: train team on workstation operations and cash handling requirements.
• Leadership: create a friendly, safe environment and provide performance feedback.
