Qualifications

• Experience – 6 consecutive months in a JIB environment or related restaurant supervisory role.
• Must be able to train and coach staff using established guest experience standards.
• Ability to manage conflicts and maintain professionalism during peak times.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train team members to deliver exceptional guest service and food quality.
• Ensure adherence to all JIB procedures, standards, and labor policies.
• Assist with order taking, cash handling, and keeping the dining area clean and organized.
