Job summary

Jack in the Box in Oakdale, CA is seeking a Team Leader to serve as the first-line supervisor, training and guiding team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences, great tasting food, and adherence to JIB procedures and standards.

You will model professionalism, coach staff, manage busy periods, supervise order taking and cashiering, and ensure food safety, accuracy, and fast service while upholding labor rules.

Qualifications

• Experience: 6 months JIB experience with 100% certification in all workstations, or 1 year supervisory experience.
• Must complete Team Leader training classes; ServSafe certification may be required in some states.
• Must be able to read/write English; strong interpersonal and math skills.
• Self-starter with initiative; proficient with basic computer systems and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead the team to ensure great tasting/quality food and accurate orders.
• Oversee order taking and cashiering during busy times.
• Model professionalism, cleanliness and adherence to policies and standards.
• Ensure food safety, speed, and consistent service during peak hours.
