Job summary

Jack in the Box seeks a Team Leader to supervise front-of-house and kitchen staff, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, consistent food quality, and adherence to all company procedures.

The role involves training team members, maintaining cleanliness and safety, managing busy periods, and coaching staff to deliver fast, friendly service. Experience in restaurant supervision is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience: 6 consecutive months JIB experience and 100% certified in all workstations for internal promotions, or 1 year supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail customer service environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old; ServSafe certification may be required in some states.
• Ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English; basic computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Train and lead team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Ensure food quality and safety, and maintain high cleanliness and organization.
• Model and coach on guest service standards and hotel-style hospitality.
• Lead and coordinate team to ensure fast, accurate service and proper cash handling.
