Job summary

Jack in the Box is seeking a Team Leader to supervise front-line operations, train team members, and ensure a superior guest experience. The role requires guiding staff to deliver high-quality food, maintaining standards, and modeling excellent service during peak times.

The ideal candidate will lead by example, coach staff on hospitality practices, and ensure compliance with all brand policies while maintaining a clean and efficient dining environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months JIB experience or 1 year supervisory experience in restaurant/retail
• Strong English reading/writing; second language may be required
• Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work with diverse groups
• Ability to stand/walk most of shift; lift 15–25 lbs
• Must complete Team Leader training classes

Responsibilities

• Train and coach team members on Guest Expectations
• Lead and supervise restaurant operations
• Ensure compliance with JIB standards and policies
• Manage guest interactions, issue resolution, and service flow
• Oversee cleanliness, food quality, and safety practices
• Coordinate floor resources to cover all roles during shifts
