Job summary

Jack in the Box is seeking a Team Leader to supervise front-line staff, train crew, and ensure the guest experience meets our standards for great tasting food, fast service, and consistent quality.

You will coach team, monitor cleanliness, safety, and adherence to procedures, handle busy periods, and uphold grooming, policies, and guest-first mindset while promoting a positive, efficient work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience: 6 months JIB cross-training and 100% station certification, or 1 year supervisory experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to communicate in English.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform basic math for orders.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach team members using the Guest Expectations materials.
• Lead and coordinate the team to ensure fast, accurate service and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with all JIB policies and standards.
• Assist with order taking and cashiering during busy times and ensure smooth service.
