Qualifications

• Must complete Team Leader training classes.

Responsibilities

• Guest Service (Dine In / Drive-Thru): greet, take/clarify orders, enter into POS, collect payment, and deliver accurate orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and stocking of work area; ensure interior/exterior areas are tidy.
• Supervise and train team members on workstation operations; ensure safety and cash handling.
• Lead and motivate staff to provide consistent, fast service and guest care.
• Handle guest complaints professionally to ensure positive resolution.
• Ensure compliance with policies, labor laws, and brand standards.
