Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience – 6 consecutive months at JIB or 1 year supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail environment.
• Must communicate effectively in English; strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead, coach and train team members and manage guest interactions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee guest service, ensuring a friendly and accurate order experience.
• Coach team members and train them on standards, menus and procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization across front, dining, and back-of-house areas.
• Model and enforce Jack in the Box policies, labor laws, and safety procedures.
