Formación

• Experience in a supervisory role or team lead in a fast-paced service environment.
• Ability to train and coach staff using company materials.
• Knowledge of guest service standards and food safety policies.

Responsabilidades

• Train and coach team members to meet guest expectations.
• Lead daily operations to ensure fast, courteous service and accurate orders.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and organization across all areas.
