The role emphasizes inclusivity, teamwork, and customer focus within a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment. You will partner with the Store Manager on hiring, operations, and strategy, maintain visual merchandising, and oversee budgeted labor.

Qualifications

• 1 year people management experience.
• 1 year leadership experience, including managing business operations and projects.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• High school diploma or GED acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a diverse store team and manage performance.
• Deliver exceptional guest experience on the sales floor.
• Partner with managers to review business data and inform planning.
• Maintain product presentation and visual merchandising.
• Open and close the store following procedures.
• Manage budget and labor hours delegated.
• Address employee concerns and escalate when needed.
