Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Assistant Manager, Guest Experience to lead on-floor teams and deliver outstanding guest experiences in our stores. You will coach, empower, and develop team members while upholding lululemon values and store directives.

You will partner with the Store Manager, handle scheduling, onboarding, and performance discussions, and ensure a welcoming, inclusive environment that drives sales and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1 year people management experience.
• 1 year leadership experience in operations and administration.
• Ability to travel to assigned store.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead an inclusive, high-performing team on the sales floor.
• Coach and develop team members with consistent feedback.
• Partner with Store Manager on hiring and scheduling.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences and store standards.
