lululemon seeks an Assistant Manager, Guest Experience to lead from the floor and develop a diverse team. You will ensure outstanding guest service aligned with brand values while guiding hiring, coaching, and performance management.

In this role you’ll partner with managers on sales planning, merchandising, and safety, while maintaining a positive, inclusive environment and driving store-level results.

Qualifications

• 1 year people management experience.
• 1 year leadership experience managing operations and projects.
• Ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to build, manage, and develop team members.
• Foster an inclusive, respectful team environment and coach performance.
• Deliver exceptional guest experience and address guest feedback.
• Review business data (P&L) to inform planning and hiring strategy.
• Open/close the store and ensure safe, compliant operations.
