Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Assistant Manager, Guest Experience to lead from the floor, build a diverse team, and deliver outstanding guest experiences aligned with our values. You will coach team members, manage performance, and collaborate with the Store Manager to execute in-store operations and strategy.

The role focuses on creating an inclusive culture, driving guest satisfaction, and supporting daily store operations and budgeting efforts.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must have the ability to travel to assigned store.
• 1 year people management experience.
• 1 year leadership experience managing business operations and administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to build, manage, and develop team members.
• Ensure an inclusive, high-quality guest experience and address guest escalations.
• Partner with managers to review business data and inform planning (P&L, sales, hiring).
• Maintain product presentation/merchandising and floor recovery tasks.
• Open and close the store per procedures and ensure a safe work environment.
