lululemon is seeking an Assistant Manager, Guest Experience to lead the store floor, guide and coach team members, and drive an outstanding guest experience aligned with company values. This role emphasizes inclusive leadership, performance feedback, and building a strong, diverse team across daily operations.

The position involves managing floor coverage, merchandising operations, and collaboration with the Store Manager on hiring, development, and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• 1 year people management experience.
• 1 year leadership experience, including managing business operations and administration and managing projects or processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to build, manage, and develop team members.
• Create an inclusive team environment and support ongoing learning and development.
• Partner with Store Manager on hiring and building a diverse team.
• Oversee performance management, feedback, and development checks.
• Address employee concerns and escalate appropriately.
• Provide exceptional guest experience and address guest feedback and escalations.
• Open/close store following procedures and maintain safety policies.
