White Lodging is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and smooth service execution in a high-volume environment.

You will coach and develop team members, uphold White Lodging Way standards, and monitor staffing, schedules, and service times to drive consistent hospitality. This role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency with Micros POS, and a commitment to safety, quality, and guest comfort.

Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership or supervisory role in a high-volume restaurant.
• Strong organizational, planning, and team development skills.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word, and Micros POS systems.
• Excellent customer focus and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work in varied environments.
• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations and meet service standards.
• Lead by example and assist associates during service.
• Uphold WLW training, certifications, and scenography standards.
• Monitor dining times, seating rotations, and shift capacities.
• Schedule and manage associates according to staffing forecasts.
• Maintain associate documentation and performance reviews.
• Promote teamwork and hospitality through communication and coaching.
