Job summary

White Lodging Services, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor in the food and beverage division to oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure quality, safety, and presentation of menu items.

You will coach cooks, enforce labeling and storage standards, and lead a team to deliver excellence. Responsibilities include maintaining logs and temperature checks, creating a positive work environment, and ensuring team certifications and training are current.

Qualifications

• Advanced at food preparation techniques and able to coach cooks.
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment; troubleshoot issues and provide alternatives as needed.
• Strong time management and delegation skills.
• A relentless desire to pursue excellence and improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• As a Supervisor, ensure all food is prepared according to recipes and meets quality/presentation standards.
• Ensure proper labeling and storage of food and ingredients, and maintain required logs and temperature checks.
• Create positive associate relations to drive engagement and reduce turnover.
• Lead the team in a fair, firm, and consistent manner and ensure training and certifications are up to date.
