Job summary

Lodging Dynamics Hospitality Group LLC is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to direct the restaurant in product quality, service and profitability. The role requires hands-on leadership across AM and PM shifts and active involvement with guests and staff.

You will oversee scheduling, training and development of the front-of-house team, ensure team collaboration to meet guest needs, and uphold grooming, FIFO, and cleanliness standards while controlling inventories and stock.

Qualifications

• Proficient in restaurant operations including food planning, purchasing, sanitation, security, policies and procedures, personnel management, recordkeeping, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Direct the restaurant in product quality, service and profitability.
• Supervise AM/PM shifts and active involvement with guests and staff.
• Oversee scheduling, training and development of front-of-house team.
• Ensure staff teamwork to meet guest needs and uphold grooming/attire standards.
• Inspect storage areas, FIFO, cleanliness and stock inventories.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling and coaching employees.
