White Lodging is hiring an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily food and beverage operations at one of our premium hotel restaurants. This full-time role requires someone who builds strong teams, drives guest satisfaction, and brings operational excellence to every shift.

Qualificações

• Leadership or supervisory experience in food and beverage operations.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee restaurant, lounge, and kitchen operations; ensure guest satisfaction and quality.
• Manage compliance with processes to maintain a high-performing dining environment.
• Lead daily management responsibilities, including P&L oversight, payroll, and scheduling.
• Mentor and develop your team to deliver upscale service.
• Identify and solve operational challenges in a fast-paced hotel restaurant.
• Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house to create seamless dining experiences.
