White Lodging is hiring a Restaurant General Manager to lead food and beverage operations at a premium hotel restaurant. This senior leadership role requires an operator who can build high-performing teams, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and own the restaurant's full financial performance.

You will recruit and develop managers, drive profitability, and partner with culinary and beverage teams to ensure top-notch service and program excellence across high-volume operations.

• Proven ability to own P&L and drive profitability.
• Strong leadership, development, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Oversee hotel restaurant operations across multiple meal periods.
• Recruit, direct, and develop front- and back-of-house teams.
• Drive profitability through labor, food costs, and revenue initiatives.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef and beverage team on menu quality and beverage program.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and uphold brand standards across all touchpoints.
