White Lodging is hiring an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily food and beverage operations at one of our premium hotel restaurants. This is a full-time role that focuses on guest satisfaction, team development, and operational excellence across shifts.

As a leader in a high-volume hotel dining environment, you will oversee P&L, payroll, scheduling, and cross-functional collaboration with kitchen and service teams to deliver memorable guest experiences and drive repeat visits.

Qualifications

• Experience leading restaurant and hotel dining operations.
• Proven ability to manage P&L and labor costs.
• Strong communication and leadership under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant, lounge, and kitchen operations to ensure guest satisfaction and quality.
• Maintain premium dining standards and guest-first service across all shifts.
• Lead P&L oversight, payroll, and scheduling to drive profitability.
• Mentor and develop team to deliver upscale F&B experiences.
