White Lodging is seeking an experienced hospitality professional to oversee day-to-day operations of hotel outlets, balancing profitability with guest and associate satisfaction. You will ensure top-quality food and beverage standards and develop programs to reduce turnover while controlling sales volume and labor costs.

Formación

• Must have previous management experience.
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• If required by local law, must hold a valid liquor license.
• Experience with food service administrative functions: ordering, inventory control, staff scheduling, and financial reporting.
• Proven computer, administrative, math, accounting and supervisory skills; experience with commercial food service equipment.
• Ability to deal effectively with customers and staff; strong verbal communication.
• Basic knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations and procedures.
• Ability to solve practical problems in variable situations with limited standardization.

• Ensure day-to-day operations of outlets to maintain an efficient, profitable environment.
• Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality.
• Capture sales accurately with reliable systems.
• Ensure prompt and efficient service of all amenities, meals and beverages.
• Keep cashier systems aligned with the SMART plan.
• Work with kitchen supervisor to maximize speed of service.
• Use sales/marketing plan to set service goals and align with projections.
• Monitor product quality and guest satisfaction; adjust programs as needed.
• Ensure staff knowledge of offerings, policies and local events.
• Collaborate with social media/marketing on promotions to boost sales.
