• Trains and coaches team members using the Guest Expectations training materials.
• Models being calm and productive during busy times.
• Coaches team members to ensure they are knowledgeable on job requirements.
• Maintains restaurant cleanliness (interior/exterior) and monitors facilities for regular upkeep.
• Helps with order taking and cashiering during busy times.
• Ensures compliance with all Jack in the Box procedures, systems and standards.
• Coaches on delivering a friendly, positive guest experience and the JIB Hospitality Model.
• Ensures teams are well-staffed and prepared to serve guests as they arrive.
• Monitors food quality, appearance, and temperature standards.
