Job summary

Jack in the Box is seeking a first-line operational supervisor to train and lead team members in delivering an exceptional guest experience, ensuring great tasting/quality food, executing on 20/20 guest expectations, and complying with all Jack in the Box procedures, systems and standards.

You will coach staff on guest service, food safety, cleanliness, and teamwork, while managing busy periods with calm leadership and a focus on consistent, accurate service for every guest.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach team members using Guest Expectations materials.
• Maintain cleanliness and grooming standards; enforce uniform compliance.
• Foster a friendly, professional guest experience with a positive attitude.
• Manage staffing, breaks, and timekeeping to meet guest demand during busy times.
• Monitor food quality and safety; ensure adherence to all procedures and policies.
