Responsibilities

• Train and coach team members using Guest Expectations materials.
• Model calm and productive behavior during busy times.
• Enforce uniform and grooming standards and coach for compliance.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness (interior/exterior) and monitor facilities.
• Assist with order taking and cashiering during peak times.
• Foster a friendly, attentive guest interaction and hospitality mindset.
• Monitor food quality, presentation, and temperature; retrain when needed.
• Lead and coach staff to provide consistent, fast service and accurate orders.
• Ensure food safety procedures are followed and food safety checklists are completed.
