Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food and training a well-prepared crew. The role focuses on keeping a clean line, proper equipment operation, and proactive task delegation while on shift.

Responsibilities include resolving food quality issues, monitoring line procedures, and supporting crew breaks and shifts, with opportunities to develop future leaders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Have knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Have knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and documentation processes.
• Understand, speak, read, and write the primary language of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Have restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Keep the line clean and organized with properly functioning equipment.
