Qualifications

• Maintain safe food handling practices and quality control.
• Resolve food quality issues and support food safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues and incidents.
• Monitor line, breaks, shifts, and schedules; assist as needed.
• Develop and cross-train front of house crew and participate in performance reviews.
• Assist with routine office tasks and ensure supplies and equipment are in order.
