Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to ensure safe, high-quality food is prepared and served while keeping the restaurant running smoothly and the crew well-trained. You will help maintain a clean, efficient line, monitor schedules, and support crew development and performance reviews to build a strong team.

This role emphasizes customer experience, adherence to safety policies, and contributing to a positive, efficient dining environment in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant crew well trained and provide good customer service.
• Maintain a clean, organized line and ensure equipment functions properly.
• Monitor crew breaks and shift schedules; assist with office duties when needed.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and development of future leaders.
