Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food and that the restaurant crew is well trained. You will keep the line clean and equipment functioning, while supporting daily operations and customer service.

You will also help resolve food quality issues, monitor breaks and shifts, and contribute to crew development and upcoming leadership, along with essential office tasks and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• Know cash handling policies and procedures.
• Understand Food Safety standards and health department matters.
• Familiar with office paperwork and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized line with functioning equipment.
• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues and assist with safety checks.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front of house Crew.
• Assist with Crew performance reviews and future leadership development.
• Perform office administration duties such as banking and policies.
