Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food and that crew are well trained and provide great service.

You will keep a clean, organized line and ensure equipment is functioning, while guiding daily operations on the floor. This role requires hands-on leadership, food safety knowledge, cash handling know-how, and the ability to train and evaluate crew.

Formación

• Must understand and follow Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean and organized with properly functioning equipment.
• Lead and train restaurant crew; assist with breaks, shift changes, and line scheduling.
• Support with crew performance reviews and development of future leaders.
• Assist with office administration tasks and ensure supplies and banking policies are followed.
