Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food and well-trained crew. You will keep a clean line, monitor equipment, and support operations on a fast-paced shift.

You will train and develop crew, assist with performance reviews, and manage shift changes while upholding Chipotle’s policies. The role requires hands-on leadership and strong teamwork in a dynamic restaurant environment.

Formación

• Restaurant experience is required or preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Food safety knowledge and health department awareness.
• Familiarity with basic office paperwork and records.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the local language.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues and support food safety on the line.
• Monitor time and temperature, ensure gloves and handwashing.
• Address customer incidents to ensure positive experiences.
• Track crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and development.
• Assist with office tasks including banking and paperwork.
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are kept in working order.
