Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served, while the restaurant crew is well trained and provides excellent service. The role involves maintaining a clean line and ensuring equipment functions properly, with opportunities to develop future Service Leaders.

The position requires knowledge of food safety, cash handling policies, and the ability to manage office tasks.

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• High school diploma.
• Restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant line clean with properly functioning equipment.
• Ensure crew is well trained and provides good customer service.
• Monitor breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and development of future leaders.
• Assist with office administration tasks and ensure office supplies are ordered.
