Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a safe, high-quality food experience and to ensure the restaurant crew is well trained and customer-focused.

You’ll maintain a clean, organized line and oversee line equipment, while actively supporting crew development and office tasks as needed. You will lead by example, monitor shifts and breaks, and contribute to a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to read, write and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant line clean, organized, and with properly functioning equipment.
• Train and develop front-of-house Crew and assist with performance reviews.
• Support crew scheduling, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Assist with office administration tasks such as banking and cash handling policies.
• Ensure supplies and equipment are available and in working order.
