BIG Al in Washington state is seeking an Assistant Guest Service Manager to oversee staff performance and ensure superior guest service on every shift.

You’ll be visible to staff and guests, solving issues with creative solutions that exceed expectations while training team members and coordinating Front of House operations across restaurant, bowling, events, and arcade. Maintain safety, hygiene, and a welcoming environment.

Responsabilités

• Oversee Front of House operations across restaurant, bowling, events, and arcade.
• Assist in scheduling and modify schedules when call outs occur.
• Monitor time and attendance; prepare daily labor reporting.
• Provide superior guest service and handle escalated guest interactions.
• Ensure maintenance and cleanliness; follow safety and regulatory guidelines.
