Job summary

ALO in Washington, DC is seeking an Operations Associate to join the store team and drive profitability and efficiency. You will work with the Operations & Visual Management team to complete tasks and provide feedback to improve store operations.

The role requires moving throughout the store, handling inventory, shipments, replenishment, and maintaining visual standards, while delivering excellent customer service and supporting a safe, efficient work environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in client-centric sales and operations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move around store.
• Strong customer service orientation and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory accuracy issues with store leadership.
• Support shipment, receiving, replenishment, floor updates, and visual merchandising.
• Maintain strong visual standards for the sales floor.
• Collaborate with budgets, expenses, inventory control, vendors, and facilities.
• Support safe, efficient operation through stockroom standards.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business needs.
• Assist in company-level operations directives with the team.
• Process shipments and daily replenishment.
• Use metrics to drive business strategies.
• Resolve client needs quickly to ensure satisfaction.
• Communicate inventory needs to support goals.
